Have been trying to get ressie booked for December and all of value to Moderates are sold out for tha dates I want.. and now I amon wait list for AKL on Dec. 6 - 14,2008

The waitlist for AKV started back in January for most of us so at this late stage I am thinking your chances are very small if not non existant to get all the nights you want

Yes still waiting for the 7th to come through which has been waitlisted since Jan 31st! I had 4 nights out of 11 waitlisted and 3 came through, one in April and two in June.

Many people are finding the 7th the worst to get. Early December is really popular with DVC as points are low but all the Christmas decorations are up etc.

Hope you get something but I would waitlist every resort in the room type you want esp OKW and SSR as they are the biggest resorts.

I will check on doing that.. I didnt know you can waitlist on more than 1 resort... my home resort is SSR... calling now thanks

We have tried every which way to get rooms form the 5th to the 11th with no luck at all. We've been trying for 3 weeks now.

They do not even have any regular rooms at WDW available at that time.

Are you kidding? I know Pop Warner is there the week of Dec 6 but I've always heard that the regular resort's attendance is very slow during this time.

I'm hoping the parks aren't crazy.

Same here. I have a 1 bedroom for Dec 2 and I've been on the waitlist since March for a 2 bedroom for just that one night! Still hasn't come through.

Plan B is to expensive.... since only thing available is the GF


Plan C is to scary... I never have done it since '97.. stay off site

and Plan D is to sad... To not go at all...
