Can somebody tell me what the codes are and the dates? I'm trying backtrack while on the phone but I'm getting confused.. Is it ewp or Bat? what are the dates?

Depends. If you booked through CRO (room only) you can apply any rate code for free. If you booked through WDTC they may charge $50. We always book AAA as soon as they come out through CRO then apply new codes as they come out. Disney is very good about that.

Thanks for the info, dpic. To tell the truth, I was in such a daze when I called this morning, I don't know WHO I called..I used the 877-939-3732 number. Is that CRO or WDTC??

I just called TWICE just because the 1st CM was not enthused about looking up my dates that I already have booked at the GF for OCT.
So I had him check another set of dates and he was really not being very nice. Oh not to mention that when I ask him to put a hold on some dates in Nov so my hubby can check with work he TRANSFERRED my money from OCt at the GF and said oops ithought thats what you wanted to do then contradicted himself by saying the computer automatically does it!!! I was so mad he had to redo my original ressie.
So then I call back and the new CM wouldn't say anything about the BAT code, not even if it existed tomorrow etc and she checked alot for me and I couldn't get any ap rate for GF!!!!!
Oh well if BAT doesnt work tomorrow for my dates, we're going to be paying a pretty penny in October or have to go some other time!!!

Which 800 Number is CRO and which is WDWTC?


I just realized that I have a few days before I reach the 45 days....if I booked this code after the 45 days do I get charged for making a change on my reservation?

Dec 6-13 $277 includes tax. So 249 a night pre tax. I had to make a separate reservation for th 4&5 no discount those nights. When I first called they said no for 4-13th but called back and ask to check night to night and there you go 277 that is a savings of $100 because I had $377. I will take it and hope the discount will come for 4&5

JUST NOW at 10:27 got off the phone! My ear is so hot!

While on with the CM ! asked the ? I just saw here about a $50 "change fee" and she said that only applies if you change a package, NOT a room only ressie.

She was frankly surprised about the BAT knowledge already and said that we have more info than she does today!


I was able to book a Poly garden view, Oct 15 19 using EPW for 229/night as opposed to 344/night for a savings of 115/night.

Also went ahead and booked a thankgiving ressie with a AAA (254.15/nt vs. 299/nt ) rate and will try to apply BAT to that tomorrow if possible. Bettter than nothing I guess.

I already had a good rate for AKL for my last 5 nights and had rack rate for my first 2 nights at Pop. I really wanted to upgrade Pop to AP rate at CSR. DH called for me since I had to go to work and he was told CSR was not available, but was able to apply EWP to Pop. Keep in mind this was 2 1/2 hours after CRO opened this morning.
I called at 6:01 my time and was told no AP rates and BAT was not available yet- was told BAT should be available after Aug 26!!! Saw EWP on here and called back and was on hold for an hour only to be hung up on before I could even say anything (was probably my fault since I had DD man the phone for me a minute since I needed 2 hands to brush her hair and it took a second for DD to hand me the phone). DH called back since I had to get to work and was on hold almost an hour also so I guess CSR could have been booked up by then, but I am shocked that POP had AP rates available still by then.

Called this morning shortly after 7am and was on hold for around an hour but I got through and applied AP discount to my existing AAA reservation for Poly LVC for 10/22 to 10/30. Had a 10% discount of $52.50/night now saving $115/night. So now $410 + extra person +tax. I got so spoiled by LVC when I booked with a room only code in Oct 2002 for just $299-just can't stay any where else with my kids 5,3,1.

Dan-maybe we'll see you at the Poly! I think you'll love it there. The transportation options are great-especially walk to TTC for direct monorail to Epcot-gotta love that for F&WFest! Will you be attending MNSSHP? We're going the 26th. Kids will be Wendy, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell. I think I'll buy DH Hook hat and may go as Mr. Smee or pirate. Love your Sci Fi photo. Do you think 3 adults and 3 kids would fit in 1 car?

been on hold 2 separate times for an hour each, the first time, they would not let my husband add 3 days to our reservations at aKL because I had made the original ressies, next, I held for an hour while waiting for DD at orthodontist, and finally got through and was told that AKL and POFQ where booked the week of Oct 9-15 arg!!
