Since they would not allow me to apply my e-mail discount code, if another code comes out will they let me use that one since the hotel is already booked?

I think with any discount (e-mail, postcard, AP, general) Disney only blocks off a certain number of rooms at each resort. Once a room at the discounted rate is sold out you won't be able to apply the discount.

That's why it's good if you can be flexible on what resorts you want to stay at and the dates you can travel. I know that's hard to do though. I know we aren't flexible because of work and school.

Yes, you can apply the discount, if available for your resort, to an already booked room. I have my WL Woods view booked and waiting. The least they can do is give me a discount for my honeymoon booked along with my Disney wedding....p-p-p-pplease!

The Yacht Club is all booked up for the dates I am traveling, so if the codes come out on the 25th they will let me apply it to my reservations?? (sorry if I am asking it twice, i just don't understand why they would not let me apply my e-mail discount but will let me apply another discount when the code comes out..)

Chances are you could not apply the email discount because the number of rooms allotted for that discount were already booked with the code, or YC was just not participating in the discount. When the codes come out all you can do is call and see if they will let you apply the new code to your room for the time you are going (provided it does not fall into the situation just mentioned). Its a 50/50 chance, so you have nothing to lose in calling. If it is avail for the time you had booked, they will simply apply it to your ressie, and if you had already paid in full, refund you the money. If its not avail, I have had some helpful CMs provide me with prices and availability of other resorts, in case you would be willing to switch.

There is a big Soap Event happening that weekend so I am sure the Yacht Club is all booked up for that.. But I will still keep my eyes open for the codes, I really hope I can get a lower rate..

We are going Dec. 3-12. At first we were going on Dec. 2-12, but I dropped one night this week. I am getting nervous about getting a good rate! I have ressies at the Poly and AKL.

I thought I read on another board that the AP rates were going to start on the 29th! I could be mistaken, though. From what I can tell this person has been very reliable about the timing!

Here's hoping our wait will soon be ended! So we can all be happy once more!
