Or are the talking about the red cards that CM's give to random people in line so they can keep track of how long the wait it? My 7yo DD loves when she gets picked.
The red card is just for CMs to track timing and does nothing for the guest waiting inline, but an uninformed guest might think that it provides a privilege of some sort.
Oh and sorry for the people looking at the wait time for Pooh and thought it was too long. My one son forgot to give it to the loading CM and turned it in after he got off the ride. =:-o
