I was not able to sign up via their website so I called. I spoke to a woman who knew nothing and said I could not get my membership # nor order today. She said I would get the package in the mail in approx 1 week..Since we are going on May 17th I was a little concerned about the time frame. At that point she had not taken any info from i.e credit card info, but I guess they haad my name from the phone. Well any how I say no thanks and hang up..I than go to all the suggested sites, coolsavings, mypoints and memolink and still could not find how to sign up..At this point I am really frustrated and now I am on a mission....So I call back and and the says is this Mrs blah blah at such and such address how can I help you? Would you like to place an order, so I say I want to get on the website to see proces etc, so he says let me reactivate your account amd he gives me my membership number no problem, however I did not pay for it..So I was able to log on and place my order . I don't know I wonder if they will just add the membership to the order. I shall see..But I will definetly cancel if only for the reason is that they really do not know which way is up..I just needed to share this thanks for listening.
