Ok figured out how I can do this!!

Ok as some of you know, I have the problem of gaining weight, Im never hungary or just don't ever feel hungary and alot of you gave me some very good advice on what I can do, so after thinking about it all day yesterday I came up with a small daily plan:
.I will set the alarm on my cell phone for different times of the day that remind me to eat something small at that time
.I can do simple stretches and stuff and try to get my 2 year old DD to do it with me (thought that would be fun for DD) I will pick a certain time during the day to spend time with her and exercise with her while my 4 month old is napping.

So, so far how does this sound?
 
That's it! Sounds like a plan. Small steps will get you to your goal for certain.

Congratulations. Let us know how it works. (I know eating when not feeling hungry is most difficult.--I hate it almost as much as I hate doing the dreaded tread mill (TM) exercising. :rotfl:
 
Best of luck! I've started exercising while my baby naps, and I feel so much better. Sometimes my four year old exercises with me, and it is really cute! The hardest part is my house has become a mess. It doesn't bother my DH so I am determined to not let it bother me!
 
Well so far its going ok. weighed in at 96lbs. I want to try to gain at least 10 lbs by the new year, I ate 2 big bowls of beef stew tonight, I think I over did it just a little with the beef stew,LOL because I felt sick when I was done. Im not use to eating so much, so I get a sick feeling.
 

I'd be sick eating 2 big bowls too. Good news to hear that you are working on it. Keep at it.
