We went to Walmart and saw the Blast O'Blue Mrs. Butterworth's pancake syrup. Suddenly, my dd wants some pancakes.:teeth: I told her I'd make them in the morning for her.;) With the blue syrup.:teeth: Please, please, please let me remember to NOT color the pancake mix too.

Oh no not colored food again??

First time my granddaughter told me about "green" catsup I thought she was pulling my leg...

Well - the other day I found Sponge Bob macaroni and cheese - and when you make the cheese it's BLUE - so - I'm going to put it in her Christmas stocking.. :)

I don't know about you, but I like MY foods to be the normal colors.. LOL

:o

I also had to buy my ds some Kellogg's Disney Mud & Bugs cereal.:o

My kids really eat weird foods.;)

Don't tell my DD about the spongebob macaroni. She will definitely want it.

P-nut, my kids saw the SpongeBob mac-n cheese, but they weren't able to talk me into buying it.:) I wasn't so lucky about the Scooby Doo mac-n-cheese though.:o It was very good.:)

Ricola, I can't poison my kids that way.:p

Ooooooo.. What's that? Sounds like something else my granddaughter might get a kick out of.. :)

C.Ann, it's got Simba, Timon and Pumba on the box.:) It's cocoa puffs with bug-shaped marshmallows. They had free samples and my ds encouraged me to buy him a box.;) My dd had to have her Honey B's, so they are both happy.:)

I saw the title of your post and the first thing that came to my mind is "what is she cooking and what color is it!"

:D

LOL, Gail.:p You never know with me.:o I might try your Mickey technique out. Just to see if my dd notices the shape.;)

I will, Gail.:) I'm kinda in the mood for some Mickey pancakes myself (sans the blue syrup though:teeth: ).

Someday I hope to run out of colored food dye.;)

You lead a colorful life Shannon!

The mud and bugs cereal is pretty good once you get past the name. It would be a good snack to eat while watching survivor thou.;) :p

Where will it end Shannon, I'm getting worried about you. ;)

Beccy, I wonder if the Mud and Bugs cereal is good with a Cherry Sprite chaser?:teeth:
I'm this close to a diabetic coma just thinking about such a thing.:p:p

Oh yuck!! I can't handle that much sugar at once. lol

Jeannie, luckily I don't like cereal.;) But sometimes they put a wee bit much sweet stuff in my Cherry Sprites that by the time I get home, I need a nap to sleep off all the sugar.:o

Neither can I Laurie.:teeth: But my ds is willing to give it a try.;)

Thanks for the tip about mud and bugs cereal browneyes. I just bought a couple of the grandkids winter Lucky Charms. They have wreaths, candy canes, Christmas trees etc (from marshmallows). They seemed excited to try it.:D
