Thoughts & prayers are with you ... everything has a way of working out when we least expect it.

Lots and lots of luck!

I crossed my eyes but then I ran into the wall so I decided I better stop before someone got hurt. I did have Trina put on her cross-your-heart bra, that is the best I could do. (Man I am glad Trina doesn't read these boards...)

Best wishes , Matt!

now to practice:
What do you feel are three of your strengths?Weaknesses?
What can you offer our company over other candidates for this position?

And I crossed the velcro straps on the ankle brace I have been wearing........a story for a different day!

Lauri,
I only wish you & Matthew the best. So I will keep my fingers crossed and toes too :D

everything I own..and then some...thinking good thoughts matt

Okay kids everything that can be crossed is crossed even some stuff that hurts so I hope your meeting is in the morning.

Best of luck Matthew, I hope all goes well.

How excited you must be to get a chance to be a Chip-N-Dale's Dancer.

Work the runway baby. :p

Thanks for all the good thoughts, pixie dust, luck, and crossed body parts, everyone. :)

The interview went pretty well, I think. It's for a commercial sales rep position with a paint company dealing with a major home improvement chain. It's like my last job, except substitute "carpet" with "paint." :) Of course, they're interviewing other candidates (darn it!!!) and said they'll contact me in about 3-4 weeks once they've made a decision. Personally, I think they'll contact me before then. The position is open and I get the feeling they want to fill it sooner rather than later. If I haven't heard anything before the Star Spangled event, I'll wait to contact them afterward because if the news is negative, I don't want to spend that weekend in a red, white, and blue funk.

Now it's like Tom Petty said -- the waiting is the hardest part.

Good luck, Matt! I'll be crossing everything until you hear. :D
