Ok, at what point did my 11 year old's feet get to be as big as mine!

My DS just turned 10 last month and wears a size 11 in mens. I'm tall and wear a 10 in womens, but his feet are already much bigger than mine.

My 11 year old's feet are the same size as mine too. He is also almost as tall as I am!

DS14 is now in size 13 mens in shoes.. I tell him that he wears canoes..

Yep. My two oldest are passed me too. I wear a 6, and often buy kids size 4 because they cost less. Oldest DD now wears a 7 women's shoe. My 10 year old son wears a men's 9. Both will pass me in height too. DH is 6'1 but I am only 5'4". DD is now 5'3" and DS is already 5"4'. I think DD is close to being done growing but DS hasn't even started to hit puberty yet, so he has a way to go. DR. thinks he will be taller then his dad!

BTW, men's soccer cleats are the biggest rip off!! Just have to put that out there. Hate buying DS shoes now. So hard to find them on sale.

My DSs both have HUGE feet DS16 wears 14 (yes 14 mens) and DS13 wears 12!!! Both are tall too DS16 is over 6 and DS13 is just under 6. My DDs are still young but I hope they don't get the boys big feet! Haha

Oh wow. . .it's amazing to see this thread resurrected after so long! That 10 year old son I posted about years ago is now 16, 6'6" tall, and wears a size 17 shoe!

wow my kids got some tiny feet... dd13 is in a kids 4 dd11 is in a kids 4.5 my ds8 is in a kids 3.5 and my ds5 is in a kids little kids 13. None of them are really short either? All are in the 75-90% for height for their age?

I know this is a bumped zombie thread but I figured I'd join in. My dd14 is finally wearing a woman's size 5 1/2 which equates to a kids 3 1/2. She's petite though so it suits her. I don't think your kids sizes sound small. Enjoy that they still wear kids schools. Less $$$$

I had to look, too- this is an OLD one!! DD was only 9 when I first commented.

DD is now 15 and wears a ladies size 8 1/2. Her soccer cleats are womens' size 9 1/2. Her feet stopped growing before she did- I think she wore that size by the time she was in 7th grade. She is now 5'3", and isn't going to get any taller. She grew into those feet, thank goodness!
