Since we got the cheap fares to LAX in Feb, i was wondering what to do...i thought San Fran and DLR..but now I'm thinking I'd like to do some skiing in northern California instead..am I bad to not want to go to DLR?????

Its been 20+ years since DH and I have touched the snow with ski's.....should I just forget it and head to DL???? or stay at a romantic cabin , ski/ fall down all day then drink by the fire at night???

Help me............before i drive the DH crazy..:rotfl2:

I don't like the cold... So that decision is pretty easy for me

How long are you over there for? I always figure that if I'm flying into LAX then I'm right near DLR any way, even 2 days is better then none :confused3

Both?

I couldn't go all that way and not go to DL.

Carsland? LOL It's a drawcard for me

we are there for 8/9 days...

I have always wanted to learn to snow board:thumbsup2 @ least i wont have anyone there to see it:upsidedow

and also to see how good my travel insurance really is:eek:

both scrap SF save it for another trip;) ski and then spend 2 days at DL i don't know if i could ever fly into LA and not go to DL and i don't want to find out if i can do it:rotfl2:

We really want to do a Canadian ski trip ( Air Nz fly to Vancouver) in 3-4 years . But I don't think I could travel to LAX and not go to Disneyland.
A tough decision.....

I don't think its bad skipping DL if your trading it for new fun experiences. I think this comes from me not planning to go to DL or WDW next year due to wanting to go to too many new places.

I keep waiting for your smilie to smack into a tree :lmao:

Karen I think you have done enough trips to Disney to be excused just this once, for going to the states and not seeing the mouse. But only just this once! Or we will need to get you to the doctor real quick!

I'd want to do both - I love skiing and I love Disneyland - our next trip we are hoping will be Disneyland in early December to see the holiday decorations, then Canada for skiing and a white Christmas. So if I were you I'd try and fit in both.

i'm all for doing both... you could do 5 solid days of skiing and enjoying the cold, then head down to DLR... if only to check out carsland and the new california adventure and get just a little taste of disney for 2 nights etc...

or maybe start at disney and then end with the relaxing by the fire, snow rides, skiing etc part :)

i know for me, i'd have to do both :)
