Oil Spill Question - Anyone in the Destin, FL area?

My dear friends have a condo on the water in Destin and they are all headed down there later this week.

Recent reports have said that there are now fumes in the area and that the local news have stated that anyone with respiratory diseases should avoid the area.

Their child has a severe respiratory illness and they need to avoid the fumes, if possible.

Is anyone there now that can tell us what the current situation is? Does anyone know of a reputable source for official information on the fumes? NOAA doesn't seem to have any info on the fumes - and I am not sure how they would measure that.

I'm from there and was just there last week.. Everything was fine. My parents havent mentioned anything so I think the area is still ok.
