Oil Lanterns??

Does anyone know if disney allows the use of oil lamp/lanterns? I found the perfect ones for my centerpeices, but if they don't allow them I'm not going to buy them.

I am not sure on oil... I know the flame has to be covered. For instance, tea lights in the little metal tins won't fly. A votive in a holder is approved. Check with your EM first. I know they have a lot of safety precautions in place.

i am not sure about oil lanterns as a centerpiece. But, we asked about oil lanterns for the dessert party and were told no by our planner. I then asked floral and they said YES! So, we shipped them to floral directly. So, if your planner says no maybe ask floral if they are doing any kind of arrangement during the reception, maybe they will set that up if it is cleared for hazards and so forth.
