OIA to open Monday at NOON

For those who want to know on the resorts boards--OIA will be open at noon on Monday. This is for passengers with exisitng ressies only. So for those at the resorts now--this is good news if you already haver your e-ticket or paper ticket--you should be able to go home

WL--our room restriction lasted only about 4 hours or so until those bad winds died down.
