***OI Meetup*** November 19-20, 2021

I personally didn't like the paper ones.......mainly because I could not run around the park getting them...LOL And I'm old enough to remember the ticket books, where you had a certain number of tickets per land.
I will say, during Covid, not going through FP line, I saw more & enjoyed more.

I do like not having to be at rides by a certain time!!!

That's why I mention keeping it virtual through the app, but go back to the idea of not being able to book a Fastpass until the day of at the park.
It is nice being able to skip the line when you do have a Fastpass, or Express Pass, but sometimes I do wonder how it would be now with the immersive queues without them. Would be able to get the full experience with the queue line, but have the line consistently moving since it's not held up by the bonus pass groups.

I agree with that..........I miss seeing things in the queue line but, will always try for FP or EP......and sometimes single rider line!!

OMG, me too....I have never been to Universal and every day, I am reading, watching, looking up stuff. AND, counting down the days. The main reason is this meetup....I am so happy I found out about this on here!!

And BTW....Hail State!!!!

Just (finally) called and cancelled my two rooms at the Hard Rock if anyone wants to pick them up! They’re currently showing on the website!

I kept changing my plans but, booked flights last night. Flying in Thurs night.........that way we can rest some of Friday to be able to enjoy the OI Meetup!!

We're doing the same with flying in Thursday. But getting there in the morning and spending the day checking out the Christmas décor around the Disney resorts and walking around Disney Springs. I'm also hoping Drawn to Life will start by then to go to it. Then spending all weekend at Universal until we leave Sunday.

Fun!! We normally fly in on Friday to Disney & same day as MVMCP and are always worn out. So, I'm looking forward to relaxing this year!! We're staying until Wed morning!! So thrilled it worked out this way!!
Just praying Covid doesn't mess this up.

That would be amazing. I'm on the Cirque Club mailing list so should get notice of when tickets go on sale. Have to buy some once they become avaialble if they do. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I thought about doing some Disney but, since it's our 1st Universal visit, I want to take it all in. 5 days w/2 OI meetups........I think we'll get everything in!!! We're at Hard Rock too....so, excited about being so close!!

For sure, especially since it's your first Universal trip. The express pass will certainly help with being able to see everything. I was so excited to get that meetup rate, as a solo traveler I can never pay normal Hard Rock prices.

I know, right?? that price is the reason I can stay a few extra days. I told my DH, I may be disappointed afterwards because I'll never be able to pay the regular price...LOL
