We had all these detailed instructions - none of which seemed to apply. Something about a "sensor" , pushing the "accept" button????

No sensor, no button, nothing in the booth except me, my ballot, and a pencil! -- just a scanner outside the booth. I was very confused. I too, was wondering if I had really voted

Ladies and Gentlemen...

Start your law suits !

ETA: That was by no means a political commentary. Just a people commentary! I'm a transplanted Ohioan & I may or may not have voted in the 2000 election in Florida!

It was weird, on the desk in the voting booth all these instructions about the sensor and pushing the button, and when I asked the people working there they just shrugged and said, "No, just put it in this scanner".

So why the instructions on the desks? If they didn't apply, they were just papers taped to the desks -- why didn't they just remove them???

Nothing confusing here in Cincinnati. We just put a card in the computer and then touch the screen next to our choice. Everything went very smoothly.

Comedy Central would have a field day (yup, gonna watch Stewart and Colbert have fun tonight)
