Roadtripping our family vacation this summer and looking for LSSs to check out, because, what's a roadtrip to a new place without checking out scrapbook stores along the way right??

SO . . . I'm leaving from Indianapolis and heading East on I-70 through Columbus heading towards Dresden and then up to the Cleveland area and back West along I-80 to Sandusky for a stop at Cedar Point and then continuing home to Chicago area.

Also, last time I was in Indianapolis I went to an LSS in Noblesville? I can't remember the name of it, but I remember a steak restaurant (Logan's?) next door to it. Anybody know if it's still there?

TIA!
Brenda

Aunt Annie's Attic in the Mercantile at Shipshewana Indiana, about 10 miles south of the toll road. The other big draw is Yoder's meat market m- YuM . Bring a cooler and money.

My fav in South bend closed, but another one opend with a similar name - not exactly sure the location, but in Grainger, just off I 90 - Pages in time forever, or some such thing as that.

Wish I knew some in ohio - but if you're vacationing in columbus, two things. The Chihuly exhibit at the art museum until July 4th, and the Chihuly sculptures at the botanical garden. OH, and the great German restaruant in "German village".

Brenda,

Let me email my FIL.. he is in Noblesville.. I see what the name is...

Here is the Noblesville info..

Scrapbook Corner‎
17055 Mercantile Boulevard, Noblesville, IN 46060-3941

There is an Archivers in Columbus, I'm not sure exactly where in relation to where you'll be. There is (or used to be) an LSS not too far from the airport, but I don't remember the name of it or know if it's still there; it has been about 7 years since we were there.

Sorry, this probably doesn't help much....

Archiver's is located at Easton, it is not off I-70, you would need to take the interstate around Columbus to visit there. PM me if you want more specifics ....it's a really nice shopping area, great restaraunts

the German Village rest. I think you are talking about is Schmidt's...

Scrapbook Corner in Noblesville, closed about a year ago:( However, there is an Archivers' in the Castleton area on 82nd street, just west of the mall, you actually have to turn into the mall entrance off 82nd street to get to it, but the store itself is in a strip facing 82nd street. Other than that I don't know of any LSS's in Indy. There is a nice one in Mooresville, just south of Indy but would be out of your way, if you are heading to I-70.

I was in Columbus in March and we went to Scrapbook Groupies. It was a really nice store (my checkbook was smoking), on the mid sized range, but lots of variety.

As for Cleveland....hmmm we have lost alot of our LSS's to the big chains. Sad. I don't shop at many of them so I wait til we are traveling then hit the ones I can find online. I know there is an Archivers in Akron. But I don't know if that is on your way.

Sounds like a fun trip.
