Do I need to send in the form saying I am HS'ing for Kindergarten? I e-mailed the school district and they didn't tell me, just gave me a link to the form.

The thing is, If I sent DD to public school, I would hold her back a year. She meets the cut-off date by 5 days.

If I sent her to Catholic school, in another district, she doesn't meet the cut-off date and can't start in the fall anyway.

I know the cumpulsory age for going to school is 6, so I am guessing I don't need to tell them I am HS'ing for K?

No, you do not need to send notification until next year! And since next year is your first "official" year, you do not need to send one of the evaluation/testing options either.
