O'hana's Review (with pics!)

Now I am not Beanie, but I have been there, and I think I gave you the link to this review on DVCTalk?

The food is server "Family Style" it is all you can eat, but they bring the food to you. Each skewer is one type of meat, and you can tell them which ones you want when they offer them. They slide a few pieces off the skewers onto your plate, and go to another table. They will come by again with another type in a few minutes.

Unfortunately I can't answer about the Kids menu, as I do not have any (yet). But will be bringing nephew along in Jan 2004 so I will keep an eye on what answers you get on the kids menu.

We were able to get a side dish of steamed broccoli. Our DS2 picked all of the broccoli out of the mixed vegetables and then the server said he'd ask the chef to prepare him just some brocolli. In the past, our older DS has been given mac and cheese to go along with the meal.

The review and photos couldn't come at a better time! 'Ohana is one of the few resort restaurants we haven't tried, and we're going on the 30th. Now I'm pumped! DD, 16, is a real Lilo and Stitch fan these days, so 'Ohana fits right in with her on this trip. Thanks!

We are going there for my 40th birthday on January 5th with DH, DS, 8 and DD 5. I am so excited, especially after seeing the great pics. I will definitely be partaking in those great looking pineapple drinks!
