I keep going back and forth. We will be spending Saturday at either the Contemporary or Poly eating a late breakfast, then jumping on the water mice. I always thought the water mice were faster at the Contemporary, but that is from my childhood days and I could be mistaken. And I keep hearing different things about Ohana and CM.... the good and bad. So what are your opinions betw. the 2 if I had to decide on one. And can I use the water mice at the Poly or must I go to the CR after breakfast to get on those? Which one would you do? Thanks!

I've never been to Chef Mickeys but we weren't real impressed with Ohana's last June. I've heard the watermice are faster from the CR too, so my vote is go to Chef Mickey's then rent the watermice from CR.

I'll be on the lookout for your kids since I know what they look like and say hello if I see you guys there. I recognized beattyfamiliy one trip because I knew what her girls were dressing up as for MNSSHP party!

Thanks Jennymouse for posting! I need opinions because I haven't been to either yet. I originally thought CM's would be the ticket, but Ohana's got that wonderful BF review recently and I started to rethink my decision. But I will go to CM's on the day we are doing the water mice and therefore be guaranteed the fast ones... ha ha.

Please do say "hello" if you see us. We'll be staying at the BWV right across from you and I am sure my DS will be wearing something w/ Buzzy on it. I just picked up the AP's tonight at the Disney Store. I have a dear friend from Kentucky who has that Southern Drawl that I just love. Do you have one too? I'll have to listen for it so I can recognize you.

Thanks again for posting! See you there!

We loved them both. We stayed at Poly ate at Ohana's the day we arrived. Went to CM later in the week. Kids had a great time at each one. You won't regret either one. Don't forget 1900 Park Fare at the GF we liked it there to. Have fun.

Thanks for posting Balamav! I too love 1900 and have been there many times. It is a great character breakfast. Thought I'd try and venture out a bit and try another one this time. I think I am going to try OHana's on another morning because I do hear such nice things about it. I appreciate you taking the time to give me your opinions!

LOL I believe I do have a southern accent. I'll be with my 80 year old father this trip and he'll be using a ECV in the parks and to/from the parks. I'll be looking for your little Buzzy!

I'll be looking and listening for you Jennymouse! Thanks for posting! And if I somehow miss you...... Have a wonderful and safe trip.

Brigitte it's been about 4 years since we've been to disney but I can say that our character breakfast at O'hanas was great the food was good , atmoshphere great and obviously the best way to get tons of autographs in your kids book it was so much fun for all of us, even us big kids to see all the characters. Definetly stands out still as one of our fondest memories.

Thank you Alexandra for your post. Just reading it put a smile on my face and made me realize I must at least try to get over there for their Character Breakfast. I am sure my family will really love it. The characters will keep my DS occupied so I can eat a full meal. And that is priceless isn't it? I appreciate your comments and will try to get over there.
