Ohana's on 1-7?

I would love to go to Ohana's for breakfast on Saturday, January 7. This is one of the marathon days. Will it be a hassle for me to get to the Poly from the French Quarters because of the race?

We were participants in the marathon, 5K and kids races last year. The trafffic delay was impressive, as I drove to watch my DH, DD and sister-in-law race. The buses were backed up and it was difficult to get places in a hurry. Also the half marathon this year is sat. the full marathon is Sunday, the crowds will be diluted a bit but will impact both days.
