We ate here back in December 2004. It was by far one of our favorite meals at Disney that week. How is it now?

Thanks!:goodvibes

It seems as if just as many of people think it's great, as think the new menu isn't any good. Bonus, you can still ask for pineapple with caramel sauce even though it's not on the menu. (Not to nitpick, but it's Ohana. O'Hana's is some Irish restaurant!!!)

Ohhh, well. I apologize for my faux pass :sad1:
Thank you for the review

Loved new menu. Ate there Sunday evening. Shrimp is no longer on skewers but is now peel and eat marinated shrimp with appetizer bowl. Also with sticky chicken wings, potatoes, salad etc. Skewers of meat are pork, steak, turkey (incredibly moist) and sausage (more in line with great brats taste). loved them all. Bread pudding type dessert with tons of caramel sause. To me just as good as when I first ate there years ago and this makes 5 times.

A girl came to our table and offered my children chicken. Now having read the menu online I said...Oh really? it's chicken? that's good because my son is allergic to turkey. And she goes....

Oh no.its actually turkey..I just say chicken to get the kids to eat it.

I was like...you know you shouldn't do that. You shouldn't call it chicken if it's turkey.

We ate at Ohana for the first time last November, and we loved it. My DH and DS are carnivours, so the meat skewers were hits with them. I could have eaten the entire bowl of salad. We all loved the dessert. :yay:

We liked it a lot in July and are returning there this July. I am not a big meat eater, but the potatoes are very good, and the salad is excellent. The shrimp taste good but are very messy. And dessert--WOW! It's one of my favorites.

Not to nitpick, here either, but it's actually 'Ohana....sorry, but I couldn't resist.:goodvibes

The new one was good. What was on the old one? I expected individual Skewers of meat in a family style setup though.

My favorite was the Pork, the Sausage wasn't anywhere near a good brat the time we had it. Plus on top of that it was very bland which is bad for a sausage in my book. Overall the food was great. LOVED the DESSERT!!!!!!!!

Its wonderful! Our absolute favorite place to eat at WDW and really the only must do for our family. Give it a try!:thumbsup2

We never went when it was the old menu. We loved it and are going back on our next trip.

The shrimp used to be skewered inst of in a bowl, there was rice inst of potatoes, and pinapple w caramel sauce insread of the banana bread pudding with ice cream and bananas foster sauce:confused3

Four and a half weeks until dinner at Ohana! My daughter got her Ohana dress last night.

I never went with the old menu. Have been twice with the new and CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!! Hearing about the old menu, I'm glad to have the changes. I can't imagine not having the amazing potatoes and bread pudding dessert!

Okay - now I'm hungry!!
