That's not bad at all. Do they have a private room or section for about 50 people?

I am leaning towards having the welcome party there because I see a lot of people on the boards have used them.

Is it buffet style?

OMG I just went to Allearsnet.com and I looked at the menu. It sounds delicious and I am definately going to have it there.

The food is really good, but its a LOT of food. I ate there last August, and loved it. DF was not too impressed, but I sure was! The salad dressing is delicious.

I don't believe they have a separate room, and for 50 people - you would have to talk to your wedding coordinator or call groups for dining that large. Magical Gatherings doesn't handle that many people. They'll only transfer you to Groups.

We just ate there last week to see if we wanted to use it for our rehearsal dinner. I made sure to ask where they would seat our group if we had 50-60 people attending. I was told that they try to sit groups of 50 near the entrance of the restaurant where they have many round tables that fit about 6 people each. It is the area adjacent to the bar and further back from the entertainment and windows. My FMIL is really hoping we get to sit in this section because it is aside from where the majority of people are sitting, a little more private, away from the games they play with the children, and near the bar for those who are wanting to drink. However, my mom is hoping we are put in the area further up near the windows (where groups over 50 are placed) because of the view and she likes the idea of having long tables so we can all sit together instead of spread out among the round tables. I'm glad it sounds like we are just assigned a section depending on the number of people so I don't get put in the middle the decision... luckily neither my mom or FMIL realized they had differing opinions. They also said that if our group wants centerpieces on the tables we could just drop them off beforehand and their staff would be more than willing to set them up (but keep in mind that they serve family style and that the food takes up pretty much all of the free space). Good luck! I hope that helps :)
