Ohana's Contact Info

Hi Everyone!

I need to make reservations and perhaps some special arrangements with the Manager of Ohana's. Does anyone know who I need to contact or have the info? After a morning ceremony will need to go to Ohana's and need to see what can be done and can't be done. Thanks!

For reservations you need to use the regular Disney reservation system. I was told that before 'Ohana will work with you on the specifics once you have 31+ people. We are having our welcome dinner there and I had a couple of questions. I called the number for the Polynesian and eventually managed to talk to someone at 'Ohana. It was a bit like trying to call the President. They really didn't want me to talk to them. I think part of problem was that our reservation isn't until May and it is too soon for the reservation to get into their system.

i had my welcome dinner at ohana's a few weeks ago...and had a party size of 23 people. i booked the dining reservations thru disney dining, then spoke with the food and beverage manager, whitney brown (i lost her card w/ # on it though) to discuss our special arraing....she was AWESOME to work with , very accomodating, and everything went perfect! sorry i lost her direct # but you can call ohana's and ask to speak w/ the manager on duty and they will help you with the details....hope this helps!

i had my planner originally book our reservations for 30 people. It changed to 34 a couple weeks before the wedding and i just called disney dining and asked for the number to Ohana and called first thing in the morning and left a message. They called back as soon as they opened and let me know that was fine. i would go through the 407-wdw-dine number and ask then for the ohana number.
