I have looked at the menus on wdwig.com but I just see that there are children's selections upon request. Does anyone have any experience with what they offer for Children? Thanks!

My daughter doesnt eat meat, she just eats French Fries, and a bowl of ketchup - so I asked, and that's what they gave to her!! And they werent the huge steak fries that most of the parks had for FF they were the slim kind she likes. We debated knowing we were paying for her and she would only eat French Fries... when the check came they charged me $2.99 for French Fries, but didnt charge me for any thing else (she had a souveneir drink and played the race/hula games) (I think it lists $9.99 for a child to eat at OHana's)

You can get most of the meals at the Kona Cafe, such as chicken fingers, macaroni & cheese, hot dogs and grilled cheese. These come with fries too.

When we were there in July the waitress indicated that she could do "other" things for he kids if they did not like what was served on the skewers. She did not define what "other' things meant but indicated that she could come up with a variety of kid favorites. My kids are not picky eaters and were extremely adventurous during our visit here.

DS 3 had mac n' cheese our last trip to OHanas. Our "cousin" wondered if he wanted something besides the normal menu so of course we got his favorite. Meanwhile our cousin said that we were more than welcome to also give him some meat from the scewers. He also had some rice and the pineapple. I figured we would be charged the 9.99 price, but she didn't charge us that. I think it was 2.99 or 3.99. I felt a little weird about not paying the full price as he did actually eat some from the buffet, but our server wouldn't make the adjustment on price, even after we asked her about it. Sure wish I could remember her name. I think it was Marge. Both DS's were hugging on her when we left. She sure made an impression on them.

My kids loved eating here - and it is one of dh and my favorite restaurants at WDW! If you are there during the MK fireworks they dim the lights, play the fireworks music and you have a beautiful view if you are in the right section (ask for table with a view of the fireworks if you will be there at that time.)

Like the others - we had a good experience ordering special food for our 2 y/o - french fries  !

We ate there in June and our waitress let the boys order mac n cheese and chicken fingers and that is what they were charged for, not the 9.99 kid price. On the other hand my older boys loved the food at Ohana and cant wait to go back there.

Does anyone if they will allow adults order off the kids/Kona Cafe menu? DH and I love 'Ohana, we're going in Dec with my parents and 20 year old sister. My sister is extremely picky, she doesn't like anything on the menu. Maybe if she can order from Kona's, we can eat at 'Ohana--I know my parents would love it!
