O'Hana's Breakfast

Was thinking of doing this on my last day. How is the food? Is this worth doing? Can you ask them to omit items you would not eat? Are there CM's that walk around with the characters? Would like to get my photo with them, but will be going solo.

We loved the character breakfast at O'Hana. There would be someone to take your picture, and the food is served family style so you could omit what you don't like. If I knew how to attach pics I would, but I don't! Sorry

My Dh and I went to this but rarely found a CM walking with them to snap pics. My Dh and I befriended the family sitting next to us. We would take pics of their whole family and they would take one for us in exchange.

We didn't see any CM's around but you could ask the table next to you or your server if they are around.

It is served family style but you can ask more more of one particular item if you like it.

We really enjoyed it and Stitch was a lot of fun.

Yeah, I've never seen anyone walking around with the characters, so that may be problematic.

As for the food, I really like it, although I wouldn't eat half of what they gave us (I'm vegetarian and don't eat plain eggs).

But they brought me tons of fruit and Mickey waffles and pineapple/coconut bread (which is TO DIE FOR) and... some other stuff (sorry, faulty memory!). It was really good!

We have planned for O'Hanas on our last morning too I have food allergies so I may get more attentive service but when I've asked for things to be excluded from skillets or pre-plated meals it's been no problem (though you might have to wait a few minutes extra). In terms of pics at CRT and CHef Mickey's our servers offered to take a few groups shots of our whole family. I'm sure if you tell your server you'd like help getting a pic or 2 they'd be helpful.

We really enjoyed it! The food was pretty good. Character interaction was great.

Thanks everyone for your input. I just thought it would be a fun way of finishing my vacation. This way I can get there right when they open, fill up on breakfast, then head over to the Magic Kingdom for a little while, before heading back to my resort and to the airport.
