Wondering if we should do O'hanas on our first night 5/11 (mothers day):) or save it for our special "last supper" on Sunday night 5/18? OR the other option would be to try to get PS in time for the fireworks on sat. night 5/17? Any suggestions? Thanks!

'Ohana is our first night dinner tradition. :)

I would also choose first night....'Ohana is a favorite of ours! It is a great place to relax, eat, take a deep breath and soak up the magic of the beginning of your trip. Have fun!

We are going with extended family total of 12 people and we have PS for Father's Day evening. We will be there a couple of days before but it is the first night everyone in our group will arrive. We can't wait to try it we have not heard one bad thing about this place:)

Our last trip we did it first night and it was great! We were tired from traveling, threw our suitcases in the room and headed over for dinner. We were able to relax, view the castle and 'feel' Disney while enjoying a fabulous meal! What a great way to start a vacation!

We also did this the first night of our trip. It really set the tone for the rest of the week.

We too love Ohana's and will be there tomorrow night. You cant go wrong with either choice.

We've made it our first night tradition as well. Being so close to the MK, riding the monorail as we resort hop, seeing how excited everyone else is, gets us really in the mood for a great trip.

We've eaten our last meal in our resort's restaurant (or food court for ASSp) for as we don't want to go out anywhere and get more bummed out that we are leaving.

Just made PS for O'Hana's on 5/11 our first night and mothers day!! Hope it isn't too crowded :( They took my credit card number since it is a "holiday" and said if we don't show up we will be charged $10.00:mad: We will show up! I can't wait to start the trip off with a great meal! Thanks for your suggestions! I figured the last night would be too depressing to be saying good-bye to Disney and seeing our last view of the castle for a while:(

its at the poly and really a great family rest..try it you will not be disappointed!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I just made my ressies at Ohanas for the first night, I'll be there June 6th, pretty soon, I am getting so excited, the food is really good there :D

We'll be trying it for the 1st time, on our 1st night too! I was really hoping to catch the MK fireworks while we were there, but I'm not sure if they will have them in Nov.!! We will be there the day after Thanksgiving. Does anyone been there during this time before? I thought maybe since it was a holiday weekend, they may extend the hours & happenings... ;)

I made my Ohana's PS yesterday for a character breakfast on the 12th. After all these great comments, I am so excited to go!!! It's our DD's first time to WDW (she's only 9 mos) but I think she's going to have a great time!
