O'horrible...

Our service was horrific. We had to continually remind him that we needed food, coffee, juice, etc. Tables that were sat after us got their food before us and we had to ask 2x for the food to be brought to the table. Then he screwed up the bill and we had to have the manager fix it. When told of the horrible service she said "well, we ARE busy".

Our food once it got to the table was OK. I guess you really can't screw up breakfast food. It was luke warm which we sort of expected.

Character interaction was lackluster. I've been to many character meals and that day they all seemed to be on valium or sleeping pills...

This will be removed from our list of possible character meals. I hope others have a better experience...

I've never done the breakfast but the dinner is always nice. I've never had a problem with service or getting food at dinner. I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad time at the breakfast though.

Sorry about your terrible time. We've also been there for dinner and everything was excellent. We really liked it when we went and are looking forward to it again.

Well just reading this board and you should have seen (even more) bad things about dinner too.

IMO, 'Ohana = A sad and pathetic image of what it once was.
