Ohana was my favorite restaurant...until last night!!

I've eaten at Ohanas dinner 4 times and never have received the leis (lays).....is that normal?

I have gotten them whenever I have had Cousin Gary as my server. This time he was not my server but he was in the section next to us so he gave them to my mom and I as well. He is awesome!

They made us carry our own bread too! It was our first time, tho and I didn't know any better.

We ate there for the first time in early Nov. We had an early res. Food and service was fantastic. They did get my husband to carry the bread too.

Everything went downhill (restaurants) after free dining started. :sigh:

Ohana seems to vary wildly from day to day in terms of service and the quality of the food.

Why this is, in a restaurant that is constantly busy is anyone's guess.

We've had great meals there and unbelievably bad meals there as well. At times it's hard to believe it's the same restaurant.

This business about "Carrying your own bread" is inexcusable. You are paying top dollar (even with "free" dining) to be there, and should be treated as a paying customer, not like the hired help.

It's yet *another* example of Disney cutting back as much as they possibly can while still getting away with it.

I hate to see this happening to one of my favorite places in the world.
