Does anyone know when the Uke Lady is not at Ohana? Does she quit after a certain hour? Thanks :)

Her name is Lipoa. (yeah, there's a guy who does the show as well)

I also think the entertainment finishes at 9:30.

Bummer. We were hoping to avoid the entertainment while dining at Ohana. I plan on making a late reservation, but we won't be able to avoid it completely.

Typically Lipoa is off Sunday and Monday's and the guy is there on those days.

I gather you didn't care for the singing?:lmao:

I have to admit....I didn't.:confused3

Lipoa has been around for as long as I can remember. She just adds so much to the whole 'Ohana experience for us. I love when she's there.
We have ADR's for both our first night and our last night and I can't wait!!! ;)

We also enjoyed our meal much more once she finished her set. A little of her goes a long way, IMHO.

We agree completely, and usually ask for a window seat, if possible, because you do not want to be next to the parade or you might get hit with a broom or coconut :scared1:

I was nearly taken out during the coconut race. If we return we will try to avoid the entertainment hours!

We've been there for both and MUCH prefer the guy. Lipoa is just a little too "much" for us, while trying to eat at least. We booked for a Sunday specifically for this reason in this trip.

I agree the guy is easier to take, but I'm also not fond of the commotion caused by the coconut races. I think our best defense will be going late on a Sunday or Monday and asking for a window seat.
