Ohana to MK for Wishes

We have dinner reservations for Ohana the day we arrive at 6:50. MK wishes fireworks are scheduled for 9:00pm. I have heard that Ohana dinner can take a while to both be seated and get through the meal. Do you think it would be possible to eat dinner and get to MK for the fireworks (and what would be the best way to get to MK from Ohana)?

If possible should we try and obtain a FP+ for wishes fireworks?

There is a boat launch that goes directly to MK from the Poly, that's how I would go. I would not use a FP for Wishes unless you had one to burn. It does sound like the timing might be tight though.

Really need to get my glasses changed. Sitting here, read the title and thought it said "Obama to MK for Wishes", thought what in the world did that mean.

They also pipe in the music on Poly's beach so you could watch there. Or is construction messing that up?

Or you can take your time and stretch out your dinner and see and hear the fireworks from Ohana.

Thanks everyone! What type of seat location would I need to request to possibly see the fireworks from Ohana? I think I could request a good location. Then just gauge time to see what will work best!

The problem with requesting a seat location to see Wishes from is that a lot of other people are going to have the same idea.
