We ate there in June this year and my husband loved the dressing! Which is great because he never eats salad!! I was hoping someone might have the recipe or a store version that is similar?

Haven't tried it but this was listed on AllEars

Honey Lime Dressing
'Ohana Polynesian Resort

Ingredients

1/2 C honey
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 C cider vinegar
1/4 C lime juice
1/4 C diced onion
1 C canola oil

Method:

Place all ingredients except oil in food processor and blend until
smooth. Slowly add oil until it is well incorporated into the
dressing. Makes 2 Cup.

Thank you so much! I think we had a different one? I *think* the dressing changed this past year. It had mandarine oranges in it?

I haven't seen a recipe for the new dressing. I don't think the mandarin oranges were in the dressing they were just on top of the salad.

You probably did have a different one in June; the recipe changed this last year and the honey lime was the dressing on the salad before the change.

However, you should try that salad dressing recipe anyway, because it's AMAZING!!! It tastes exactly the same made at home as it does at 'Ohana and it's delicious. My vegetable-hating grandfather tried some while visiting us this weekend, and he actually ended up having seconds of salad at dinner. Absolutely unreal to watch him eat salad willingly!

In fact, I have some in the fridge right now...might be time for a late night snack...
