ohana questions?

we're staying at the poly for the first 2 nights of our holiday, we're probably not going to get to the hotel til about 7 or 8pm.
what time is ohanas open til?
am i likely to be able to get a table for about 9-9.30 ish if i dont have an ADR?
i dont want to make an ADR unless i have to, just in case the flight is late or something happens, and i dont want to be a no show!

on a british airways flight from gatwick airport. not looking forward to the 9 hour flight, but hey its a necessary evil!!

Make the ADR!! If you end up a no show, you'll make a walk in very happy.
