Hello, this is my first post. We're going the first week of Sept and are using the DDP. I would really like to have a special dinner at either Ohana or the Aloha Spirit thing, but I don't know which one we would enjoy more. They are different right? I've read about the food and the activities and they sound very similar. Going will be two adults (30s) and two kids (6). We would like to a drink or two, but we want the kids to be as entertained as possible. I just don't which one to choose! :confused3

Thanks in advance,

At Ohana, the kids can participate in the games that the restaurant holds. I haven't done Aloha, but we love Ohana.

Hi! Welcome to the Dis!!!

Personally, I would choose 'Ohana. I went to the Spirt of Aloha show, and although I enjoyed it, it felt like it kept going on and on, and if you go to late show, you don't get out until about 10 pm. If you have little kids, thats pretty late!! I also just thought the food was just "ok." Nothing great, not bad, not good.

I'm trying 'Ohana for the first time on my September trip. I am super excited about it! It gets great reviews, they have entertainment for the kids, and great food!!

Whatever you decide, I hope you have a wonderful trip! :cheer2:

spirit of aloha was pretty boring to me, especially after going to areal luau in hawaii. the stor just kinda drags out and the food is not great

Spirt of Aloha will cost you 2 TS credits.

I also would choose Ohana for the two reasons.. 1) Ohana is only 1TS and food is great 2) If you want to experience a true luau then experienceing it in Hawaii is the only way..lol
