1. you are on vacation - give yourself a break!
2. Walk more

When I'm at the park, I walk SO much (and swim!) that I never gain weight when I'm there.
3. BEFORE your vacation - For at least 2 weeks before, eat less and exercise more - you'll be slightly smaller and can afford the extra calories

4. Be smart when you are eating anywhere at WDW - don't eat all the desserts, stop eating when you are full, don't eat something on your plate if you don't like it, dip your fork in the sauce rather than slathering sauces on your food.
5. Follow some of these tricks:
- Eat one food at a time rather than sampling and going back around your 'plate'. Your taste buds get bored and you'll eat less (yes, this is proven!). So eat your meat, then eat your veggies, then eat your carb.
- Ask for items specially made like don't butter your bun, wheat bun/bread rather than white, steamed veggies only, salad dressing on the side, etc.
- Drink a lot of water before your meals. It fills your stomach up.
- If you want bread, take one piece and no more. Can't handle it? Ask that they don't bring bread or I like to go wash my hands, walk around the restaurant, or do something else so I'm not eating.
- Once you start feeling full or you are finished, put your napkin on your plate or a dirty kleenex - you won't be tempted to eat anymore

- Don't ever spend your calories on non-alcoholic drinks!! Get water or diet soda or 'light' lemonade or tea or coffee (no sugar.)
- Choose the lighter alcoholic drinks. Yes, the Pina Colova is yummy but it is a creamy higher-calorie drink. Choose the x fusion lemonade - it is made with light lemondade - ONLY 5 calories! - well, the liquor has calories
