Curious if anybody has recently been to Tambu Lounge and ordered 'Ohana menu items like pot stickers/noodles/wings/bread pudding. I know they were offered in the past but just wanted to confirm. We'll be there next week and would love if that's still available.

Sorry for not directly answering your question but I do know you can order the wings and potstickers to go from the Kona Cafe, so that could always be an option if they’re not available at the lounge.

When we were there in November, we ordered noodles and bread pudding at the lounge one night - we also got some really good bbq ribs.

Got noodles and wings a few days ago. 😋
Can you tell me more information about your experience. I'm interested in the potstickers, noodles, and bread pudding. Can you get these items to go? Do you remember prices?

ETA: I see the price for the potstickers are $12. Are these the same as the dumplings at Ohana?

We were at Tambu Lounge last week from 2 pm to 3:20 pm and there was no food available. Ohana was not open yet. DS ran downstairs to quick serve to bring food back to us.

I have read that they don't serve food until 4:00 p.m. so that's probably why.
Yes, we didn't expect food from Ohana until 4. Thought perhaps there was a bar menu as there is with some other resort bars but there was not. Just clarifying to thread there is no menu for the bar itself.

The Ohana stuff were not on the menu, you have to ask for them. There is a bar menu, but they still don't serve any food until the kitchens open.

What is the best time to order (to get items to go) for a Thursday night end of September? If it's first come, first served, I would think it's best to go early to avoid the crowds, correct?

I don’t know about takeout. I’ve never seen anyone order take out from The
Tambu, but we always like to go right at 4 pm. to get a seat. The bartenders do get busy quickly as Ohana gets backed up.

The bartender can order it if you do not want to sit for a drink.

Can you make reservations for the lounge like the space 220 lounge or no?
It is NOTHING special. Literally a bar sitting in a lobby with a tiki roof. Most the people while we were there got their drinks to go and headed away into the lobby. If you are looking for something special I'd get on the waitlist for Trader Sams.

I'm really leaning toward getting some things to go and eating on our balcony at the Poly one night. It will be the night of our Epcot day, so we will be pretty full from the Food & Wine Festival. It will probably be later before we get back to the resort and later before we will want to eat anyway. How difficult will it be to order food to go around 8:00 on a Friday night?
