Would you do Liberty Tree at 6:45pm for dinner since MK closes at 7:00pm that night or do Ohana's at 7:00pm? We have never eaten at Ohana's. Is it worth it for dinner?

We love 'Ohanas! :goodvibes I don't care for LTT for dinner wtihout the characters. Loved it for lunch last year, but the dinner food is just 'meh' for us. The characters were the draw.

Ohana is one of our favorite restaurants. We love the Polynesian atmosphere and the food is good (bread, salad, honey-coriander chicken wings, pork dumplings, lo mein noodles + turkey, pork, steak & shrimp served off skewers and bread pudding served a la mode with bananas & caramel sauce for dessert). We used to like LTT until they took the characters away - we don't think the food by itself is worth the cost.

We like both so I would say it comes down to what sort of food you would like to eat. Liberty Tree Tavern serves a traditional American menu. Ohana's, as mentioned above, serves a Polynesian themed table. The atmosphere of Liberty Tree is quieter; Ohana's is much louder and busier with the children's activities going on.

Both are served family style, by the way. I'm sure you'll like whichever you choose. :-)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ohana!!! :) :) Eating there next month! I love the bread pudding..... the honey-lime salad dressing..... the wings....... very yummy! The kids love the coconut races, the limbo contest, etc... :thumbsup2

My husband and I will be there(O'Hana) Tuesday night!!!!! It will be our first time there, can't wait!!!!!

Ohana's is AWSOME! It is one of our families must eat places on every trip. It is servered family style, all you can eat. It's just wonderful. You really need to try it.

Last Oct. Was my first trip to Ohana and it's now on the top of my list for fav places to eat!!! Go for it!!!!

Oh, yes, do O'hana! You'll love it. I couldn't get it this year and I'm soooo disappointed. :sad1: The food was just great when we went in 2008. The noodles, I thought, were excellent. They bring all the meat around on really big skewers and it's all wonderful. They only have one dessert -- bread pudding -- and it is totally awesome.

Book O'hana!

I have one more thing for you to consider. I'm assuming MK is closing at 7:00 for a ticketed event like MNSSHP or MVMCP since that's about the only time MK closes that early. Sometimes you will be refused seating for a 6:45 meal if you don't have a party ticket. It'll be much less stressful to eat at 'Ohana.
