Just wondering if anyone know whether or not we can order the Kiddie Kones from Kona for our kids dessert at Ohana? Of course we would pay extra for them. I know they let you substitute kids meals from Kona for the dinner at Ohana (I always have to do that) but since they switched from the pineapple and caramel (which my kids loved) to the bread pudding I don't think they'll care for that dessert. Also can you still order the snow cones in the sand buckets or the coconut snowballs? Thanks!

We were at Ohana's Feb. 28th this year, and we did get the sand bucket snow cone for our ds. We were told that is was $5, but we did get charged for it at all. I should also say that my ds was only 23 months at the time-so maybe it was just kindness on the part of our cool "cousin".

My DD5 LOVED the bread pudding dessert there (kind of like a warm, moist cake - no raisins). My DS2 didn't eat the pudding, but he did eat tons of the ice cream that came on the side. So maybe your kids would like the ice cream even if they don't like the rest of the dessert?

Bread Pudding is the included dessert, but there is a separtate dessert menu available for items at an additional charge. We have purchased the snowcone bucket and coconut snowball on several of our visits. I don't think that it would be aproblem to order dessert from Kona and have that added to your bill.

When we went to Ohana's in April, the dessert was the bread pudding, banana foster sauce, and vanilla ice cream. Our server asked if he should bring some extra ice cream for our daughter since she might not like the pudding. Well, he did, and she ate the ice cream, and the bread pudding and then we ordered some more! So if your kids want plain ice cream, I think it is easily available.

Sorry to hijack this post, but is someone saying you can still order the extra desserts at Ohana? We tried to order the chocolate mousse in March and were told by our CM that they no longer offer the additional desserts.

All of my kids loved the Ohana dessert. I really didn't think they would like it, just from looking at it, but I was wrong!
