In our 20+ years of WDW, we've never had Ohana dinner. Always wanted to try it and either timing didn't work out for a trip, or couldn't get a reservation 
But we snagged one for our next trip in November
, so here's my question: Are they ok with doing customizations on the dishes? I assume so but wanted to make sure. My DGD(4) loves Asian food but is a bit picky when it comes to sauces/glazes. Could we order the chicken without the chimichurri on it (maybe on the side), or a serving of the beef plain without the teriyaki glaze, that sort of thing?
