We have gone the last twice and it was great.
Breakfast platter, eggs bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles and the likes.

Mickey,Minnie,Lilo,Stitch,Goofy,Chip and Dale were there.

they get the kids up to form a line and they dance around playing instuments.

My DS (7) loved it.......we are doing CMs this time for a change but i would not hesitate to do Ohanas again.

your wee fella will love it !!!

ENJOY.....

It's not a buffet, but family style service. The food is average breakfast food: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, Mickey waffles, cinnamon rolls, pineapple bread, and fresh fruit platter (melons, pineapple, grapes). The tropical juice is very good. The character interaction is terrific. Mickey, Pluto, Lilo & Stitch spend a good amount of time at each table. Stitch is particularly entertaining. The characters also participate in a parade with the kids around the dining room. When we went in June, we had a 40 min. wait for our table, then experienced the worst service ever at Disney. The characters saved the meal for us. As long as you don't get burdened with the waitress we had, you should have a nice time.

The food is pretty good. The pineapple bread is delicious! We went last year and saw Mickey, Pluto, Lilo, and Stitch. We are booked for Christmas morning this year.

hildarumpole: We must have had the same waitress! We didn't have to wait that long, but it seems she just forgot about us when it came time for refills.

We love this and we are doing it the same day as you!! LOL We eat there a bit earlier. at 8:50 I think. Our DS is 17 with developmental delay so he still adores characters and Lilo and Stitch are his favorites. The two times we've done it the food has been good. I also love the juice and coffee here. Our family really enjoys this this and DS even got his uncle and his dad to agree to wear matching Mickey hawaiin shirts like he plans to wear and I've got the matching dress. :woohoo: Oh what a bunch of adults will do for the love of a child...LOL:rolleyes1 :rotfl:

me and my mate did this (no kids - and we were 19 at the time haha lol) and we loved it! the views r great, the atmosphere is cool, and the breakfast is great. the characters are fab too - and its the only place u can more or less gaurarantee Stitch lol

O'Hana Charactor Breakfast is the Best.
The Food is very good and we love the Charactors and setting
better than Chef Mickey.
The Hawaiian theme is wonderful and we love Lilo (we have never seen her
anywhere else-but have seen stitch around.)
There is a Kids parade with the charactors, around the resaurant with
musical instruments--so much fun!!
This year was our second year eating there and we plan on going again
next years trip.
You won't be disappointed.:thumbsup2

This is our fave breakfast ever. The food is yummy, the character interaction is great, and our service has always been good. We prefer doing a later seating. The place is quieter and less crowded. And that way we get more than our share of character interaction. We've never been rushed. Having breakfast at Ohana is a must for us.

Thanks everyone, looks like this choice will be okay for us. Never tried a family style breakfast (What so they mean by this)?

Donna

The food is served on a big platter for everyone to share. You can ask for more of whatever your family likes best. It's nice not having to schlep over to the buffet line with kids and worry about missing characters.

Totally agree!! :thumbsup2 We were just there last week and LOVED it! The food was fresh and delicious, we had friendly service, and the characters were great!

You get a large platter brought to your table with the food freshly made, no worrying about how long it has been sitting on the buffet line, who might have touched it or breathed on it, etc.

They also come around with mickey waffles.

There's no way we will miss this breakfast again! It's a must for us from now on!! :goodvibes
