O'hana character breakfast or Boma dinner

We have two girls ages 7 and 4. I have booked all our dining reservations for our upcoming trip but have an extra Table Service. I will have to cancel one. Which do you think is the better choice? Dinner at Boma after a day at AK or a character breakfast at O'hana. I'd like to see AKL and have a read many good things about Boma but am wondering if my kids would enjoy the character breakfast at O'hana better. I'd appreciate an thoughts.

I have a 7 yr old and 3 yr old, and even though the Boma dinner is good, my kids love the Ohana breakfast. We do it every year. The food is very good and character interaction is great. They always have a lot of fun there.

Ohana (not O'Hana) has a character breakfast, so if I still had young kids, I'd choose it over Boma. (That being said, Boma is delicious.)

You didn't mention if you have any other character meals booked. If you do, I would definitely recommend that you go to Boma instead. The food is way better there, with great variety and quality, but also this is how we found AKL!! We went with our DD when she was 8 and she LOVED it!!! Plus you can tour this beautiful resort and look at the animals on the safari. We didn't want to go "all the way" there, but are so glad we did -- we even want to stay there on our next trip.

So one vote for Boma, unless you have no character meals planned. Then it's more of a toss-up.

What about Donald's Safari Breakfest? I haven't seem much in the way of reviews but have considered trying to snag a cancellation myself.

Actually, I would go with Ohana for dinner and Boma for breakfast. But, that's just me. We love 'em both!
