We are going in May as well and have reservations to do breakfast at 'Ohana and dinner at 1900 Park Fare. I really debated as well, but from everything I've heard, the breakfast is really fun at 'Ohana and the dinner is just a riot with the stepsisters at Park Fare. It's always hard to decide! :) I like that 'Ohana isn't a buffet, but served family style--so you don't have to worry about being away from your table when the characters come around.

We've done Ohana and Park Fare for breakfast. Both are really good and great character interaction...of course the characters are different. Lilo, Stitch, Pluto, and Mickey were at Ohana when we were there. I did like the fact that Ohana is served family style. Also, the characters will get the children to form a line and dance around the restaurant...pretty cool for the kids. If you've never eaten there, you may want to check it out...do something different;)

Happy Planning!

I did 'Ohana for breakfast for the first time in 2010 and was surprised at how good it was. I was really pleased. As PP have pointed out the characters are different. But what I preferred at 'Ohana over Park Fare is that it's served family style. It really seemed like a more relaxed breakfast atmosphere with more "family time" if you know what I mean. There wasn't all the hoping up ad dwon for the buffet. Also, like the 'Ohana dinner they have the kids races and parade with characters which is nice too. I highly recommend you give it a try.

I just made a ressie for breakfast for 1900 Park Fare. Can someone tell me what characters they saw?

Thanks :)

We were there last May. I believe we saw Alice, Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins, Pooh and Tiger...great breakfast!

The food at Ohana was so yummy. And I loved that we were able to hang out w/ Lilo & Stitch. The cast members were wonderful, very attentive. I'd suggest doing it the latest seating & do it a day you'll be at MK. That way youcan either take the monorail, boat or walk over. And then go back after & it will work as a brunch.

We always do Ohana and it is sooooo delicious! On our next trip we are only doing one character breakfast and dd loves Piglet, so we are skipping Ohana for Crystal Palace. Hoping we wont be disappointed!

My DS is so in luv with Stitch. We really want to do the Ohana breakfast. Do u know what kind of food they serve there?

We enjoy OHana's... but we have heard that 1900 is the best breakfast buffet in Disney!!! We're going check it out this upcoming trip.. wife is supercalifrag... excited!!!

The reason we picked Ohana is for the family style meal, I wish more of the character meals were served that style. We will do a lot of character breakfasts on our trip and I am a bit scared that we will be tired of buffetts quickly.

Are the eggs well done? I know silly questions of mine...;)

I hate eggs. Truly. Especially if they are not done. Just looking at them makes me ride out a hurl. I have never had that reaction at 'Ohana breakfast. I did ask the CM to see if he could get me some "well done" eggs, and it was no problem at all. We LOVE this breakfast and have done it for the last 4 trips.

We did both in December and while we really enjoyed Ohana was LOVED Park Fare! I say do both. If not, try Ohana, you will like it. But know that the quality of food is better at 1900 Park Fare. It is the only restaurant that we have tried that has REAL BACON, and not the shriveled up little chewy bacon everyplace else serves. OK, maybe just stick with 1900 Park Fare! So indecisive!

We like the food at both. I prefer Ohana just because it's served family style...more relaxing for mom. :thumbsup2

My girls LOVE Lilo and Stitch so it's a must do for them. They talk about it all the time.

I absolutely love Ohana's breakfast. We had young children at the time and line danced with the characters and had a blast and wonderful memories.
However, the breakfast was family style and I prefer buffet breakfast.

We have never eaten at 1900, so I can give you a fair comparison.
