I was just looking over our ADRs (once again) and I have been debating about the 'Ohana breakfast. I've heard that the character interaction is great but looking at the menu it says that the only items are scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage/bacon plus a fruit bowl for kids. Aren't their pancakes or some other carb? This seems pretty skimpy for a $18 breakfast.

Please tell me there is something more to this breakfast!

Thanks :flower:

There were waffles when we went in June and there was plenty of food. You have to remember that $18 includes the character experience too. We loved it and plan to do it again next trip.

We loved the O HANA breakfast. The food is great and the characters were wonderful. It is quieter than Chef Mickeys. I say DO IT!!!!

This has recently become one of our favorite breakfasts (and now I can't wait to eat with Stitch!! :cloud9: )

The pictures posted capture it perfectly - we have always had Mickey Waffles here & we always ask for more!! :rotfl: That's my favorite part.

The interaction is usually great here - especially during one of the first seatings in the morning when the restaurant isn't full yet. It is definitely quieter & more relaxing than Chef Mickey's as someone else mentioned (we also love to do Chef Mickey's on our trips, too!)

Have Fun! :)

I was going to mention the pineapple bread as well. It's WONDERFUL and one of the main reasons I can't wait to go back!

and is it all you can it like a buffet is, CM told me it was?

You can ask for more of anything you like. It is all you can eat.

Believe me, you will have plenty to eat. We love Ohana's. It is our favorite breakfast for several reasons. The character interaction and the atmosphere are top notch and the food is really good too. We love that they serve it family style. They will keep refilling all you need. The fruit is always so fresh and the Mickey waffles are GREAT! Don't miss out on a great breafast.

DH like sunny side up eggs, even at a buffet, so the waiter put in a special order, and he got his eggs up. Nice to know that he could be accomodated at 'Ohana. We went late in the morning and it wasn't very busy. Most of the diners were adults.

Can only the kids get the fruit cup?[/QUOTE

It is a pretty big fruit bowl. When we went the three of us,(me, DH, and DS), all ate out of it. Since it is an all you can eat I would think they would get you another bowl if one wasn't enough.

I would also like to add that the potatoes are wonderful. They are sort of like a seasoned home fry. They had just enough seasoning on them to give them a good flavor. When we went in May, DH and I might have slightly overindulged ourselves on the potatoes.

Overall Ohanas is one of our favorite meals at WDW not just our favorite breakfast.

Are Lilo and Stich at this breakfast now?
Yes, I can't remember where I saw the announcement but Stitch has joined the crew at Ohanas.
