I have a pretty good feeling we will be staying at the Poly and want to hit Ohana once, so I ask this question in terms of food yumminess:

Is Ohana better for breakfast or dinner?

I know that one is character and the other isn't, but I want an enjoyable meal above hanging out with Lilo and Stitch (who I love don't get me wrong!)

Thanks all!

We were there for breakfast and enjoyed it. The food was good. I would like to try the dinner there too.

Go for a late breakfast - sleep in, relax and then have breakfast around 9:30 or 10 - you'll be so full that you can go to the park and snack until dinner time rolls around. Its great and lots of fun. The food is excellent and cooked right there in the dining area so you know its fresh. We've always seen Chip & Dale there - never Lilo & Stitch.

Have fun - that's why you're going!!!!!

DINNER by far. The breafast is your standard, share from one plater eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon and biscuits plus fruit. We were not too impressed. Dinner is all the meat you can eat. We have eaten there twice for dinner. Ask for a window with a MK view.

Never had breakfast there, but was there for dinner last week and it was soooo good!!

I'd totally go for breakfast if Lilo and Stitch were there!!! But, food wise, I ALWAYS choose dinner buffets over breakfast buffets.

What is dinner like? For some reason I got the impression it was sort of like Whispering Canyon but milder? Do kids like it?

btw - we had breakfast there in July - it was great!

dinner is a couple kids races and i think they place a ukelele( sound was broken when we were there,) nothing like wispering canyon where the waiters and patrons " are "the act ..they also have races. imo wcc is much more fun

our dinner food and service at ohana stunk (except for the wings and salad.)the menu is different now but the meat was not good and that didn't change ( unless you are partial to dried out over cooked meat. if i went again i might try the brkfst. it was our worst meal ( boma the service was bad but at least the food was good)

We had a terrible meal experience there for dinner, but breakfast was awesome and my kids loved it. They said it was even better than Chef Mickey's!

I failed to mention, we've eaten at Ohana for dinner our past two trips and  it.

We've gone for dinner several times and have always enjoyed it. Food was always good and fun entertainment, keeps the kids busy. We actually went for breakfast in late August for the first time. We enjoyed that as well and wondered why we've never gone there before for breakfast.

Nanu57v-I recently saw a thread here that Lilo & Stitch ARE now there for breakfast along with Mickey and Pluto. I guess Goofy, Chip n Dale were just getting a little tired of having to be everywhere at the same time ;)

We have eaten there for both meals several times-always great. If you decide to go for breakfast, try to get one of the latest seating times and you practically have the place to yourself (and the meal is really like having lunch so it saves some $$$$) For dinner, ask for MK view and try to time it so you are mid meal for the fireworks-no interruptions and a great view with time to relax for dessert (if you have room!!!)
