We have a party of 16 and we are staying T CSR. Would you drive to Poly and park for breakfast and thereby the day or take the bus to magic kingdom and ride the monorail to poly. Just by writing this out I think I have my answer.

You are not supposed to park at the Poly and head to the MK. Parking at the resorts are for guests enjoying the amenities of that resort, while at that resort. So you're welcome to park there while eating at 'Ohana, but then you have to move your car when you're ready to leave the Poly.

Given the Poly's location, it's probably easiest to park at the TTC and walk to the Poly. Then you're free to head over the MK after breakfast without having to worry about moving your car again.

Otherwise, you could take a couple of taxis from CSR to the Poly. It won't be the cheapest, but it's probably a lot faster than using Disney transportation.

I would take the bus to MK and then monorail it to Poly. Then monorail it to MK,
If I was planning to be at MK for the day. Then I don't have to deal with going back to TTC at end of day (which can get crowded) when I'm tired. Plus, you have to take a monorail from MK to get to TTC.
I'd rather just hop on the bus at end of day.

If I was only going to breakfast and not MK, then okay, TTC walk sounds good.
