Ohana and first fastpass at MK

On average, how long should I allow before my first fastpass at MK, if I have reservations for 12 at Ohana at 7:30am Mon, 10/17 when park hours are 9a-10p?

I wouldn't get a FP any time before 10. Assume you won't be to the monorail before 9.

I would plan on 90 minutes for your meal and to meet all the characters, and another 30 or so for travel time and getting through security
