Ohana 2011

I loved Ohana too! The bread pudding alone is worth the 13 hour drive to Orlando even if you don't go to Disney!

I am so glad to hear that! I will be having my first meal at O'hana on arrival day. Can't wait, but from what I've read here, I will HAVE to pace myself, and show up with an empty stomach!

this is all great feedback! We are going there night #2 of our trip...first time...can't wait!

Thanks for the review. I have only done the character breakfast there and wanted to try dinner sometime.

My first and only Ohana experience was our last trip, we had dinner and it was AWESOME. They got the kids into it with a limbo pole, pushing coconuts with brooms around the room - they LOVED it. Food was great, something for everyone and very filling. Naturally our upcoming trip was booked last minute and I am having no luck getting a ressie. Would love to go back!!!!!

Ohana is our absolute favorite DW restaurant. The food is always delicious and the service and location rocks! Can't wait to go in August!

I could go for some potstickers as we speak....Yum!popcorn::

So glad to hear that you had a wonderful meal. Ohana is one of our favorites and I was starting to get worried with all the bad reviews lately.
Glad you enjoyed!! :thumbsup2

Based on pictures I have seen from other reviews, it looks like the large skewered shrimp is back. The last time we ate there (2004) they brought out a small bowl of tiny shrimp. Please tell me they have the large shrimp again!!

You just sold me :)...original plan was the dinner show there for our last night (as this was the only disney dinner we did when my parents brought us when I was a kid) but then I learned it was 2 TS on the dining plan :( so last night was open and I didnt know where to eat. This is our MK day and it closes early (at 7pm) and we dont have park hoppers so was limited to resorts...just made my ressie :)

Is this new? 'Ohana was always a 1 TS meal. Were you thinking of the Luau?

We had the big shrimp (if that makes sense?! :confused3) in November when we were there. Dh said they were quite good, but I'm not a seafood person.
