Why did they change the amount you get for selling clothes? That was a large source of credits for me!

I was mueling this weekend. I am so behind with all of the Christmas stuff, I blew out the credits on a few impostant mules and made as many as I could stand doing but netting only half of the credits back to my main character.

I am officially stamping my foot! VMK has gone to far! :rotfl:

First they brought back the Space Suit (I am still a little woozy from that horror) then the Princess Dresses, now BETA and the final insult clothes ain't worth what they used ta be!

I think they did that to discourage the mass-muling we all tend to do...

the good news is that those extra new years pins sell for 50 credits a pop- best return free to 50 credits...

And if you haven't already played you get some good credits even when you lose in haunted mansion.

Oh and if you play fireworks halfway descently and can win first place in games you now get another fireworks magic pin for every so many wins you get...

Well I am not very good at games but I am not bad at Haunted Mansion. Though I have won lots of games I have lost twice as many. But no matter how bad you are you still get credits for each ghost you catch which is better than Muling if you play for a couple of hours. I started with 4,000 credits 5 days ago now I have 74,004. And I bought about 6,000 worth of stuff. So Ned has lost me the ghosts have me as their 1000 guest LOL. :)

Wow that is awesome! I guess I am going to have to check out the Haunted Mansion. I did play it a few times and it is a game that I can play but it was so crowded in the days when it opened that I quit.

Guess I will give it another try today.

yeah I didn't really get to start playing until recently- I'd get frustrated waiting to get into a game and would just head over to fireworks or Ned instead. But I usually try tp play at least a few games a day...

I now easily increase my credits by a 1,000 a day without really spending all day online

And don't forget to sell your mules' rooms! That's another 100 credits ;)

I decided to make yesterday a Haunted Mansion Marathon, and that
included times I've crashed. I didn't start VMK at opening, either.
I think I logged in 4 hours after, and my total by the end of the night:
7,000 credits earned.

(I had to squeeze in a few games before closing, so I missed closing with the
Usual Suspects.)

Yes, it does take time, and if you crash during a game you get squat, and
if the other team leaves a game you get a pittance, but win or lose, I
can rack up credits in a normal game. :)

And they sometimes give random bonus credits of 250, 500 or 1000 after
a win. (I've always a bonus after win 10, too.)

I have found that selling the divers suits for me is a good thing. We have five characters here. By the time I spend running ned, I can actually make the same or more getting those, getting each character's daily credits and selling the suits on my main character.:) And, with one really usable hand lately, that arm is still hurting some from my back, that it is a breeze for me.:) With those credits and my daily credits that is 910 credits. Then I can do any nedding in extra moments.:) Of course if I quit building rivers they might last longer. lol

I got 100 credit bonus after 10 plays also anyone else get that one....

with the HM our poor mules are really lonely we are going to have to have another Mule Ball soon or they all may revolt! :goodvibes

Do you know how many first place wins you need in fireworks to get fireworks magic? I have managed to get two first place wins so far, but cannot break 240,000 so I have no fireworks magic yet.

Maybe I can win it this way (by so many first places...) but was wondering how many it might take.

Thanks!

In order to get fireworks magic pin, you must score over 240,000 points and come in at 2nd or worse place. Hope that helps.

That's what I thought too, but VirtuallyMe's post earlier in this thread made me think there was another way to get fireworks magic (other than 240K + in 2nd place).

Is it true? Is this another way to get fireworks magic?

I made my first WDW mules before Christmas and they pay off 500 in room credits.

Between me and the husband we made 24, but I can't get back into some of his because he wrote down the wrong email address or password. I still haven't bought them all back up yet to clean them out.

It's best now to make mule at WDW, sell the rooms, trade the hats and hang on to them until something new comes out. Buy the new stuff and trade it to your main. Skull rock rooms will only get you 5 credits. It you have a ton of skull rock rooms, it takes forever to sell them! Better off playing Haunted mansion instead. I sold 3 skull rock rooms yesterday off my mule and it took 15 minutes. In 15 minutes I can rack in 200 points or more in HM game.

(Lisa---starwarskid got so angry when red beta was re-released that he traded away most of his beta while it was still worth something. Recently staff said all colors will be released again in time. He was really ticked off.)
