:earseek: Yep, I'm going to Bon Jovi on Saturday in Detroit! My sis got tickets from one of her record reps and scored us 'Pod' seats! Which I guess means that for about 5 or 6 songs we'll be on stage with them! Woo Hoo!
What's even better, her boss can't go so she is letting us take the radio station van and gas card and she's already booked and paid for a hotel room for us! All we have to pay for is food!

This just keeps getting better! I just got off the phone with my sis. The record rep just called her to give all the details about where we were to meet at the show etc... I guess they have 3 groups for the Pod seating and each group stays in the pods for several songs. She asked my sis if we would like to stay in the Pods for THE ENTIRE CONCERT!!! UH, YES PLEASE!!! She also told my sis that as long as we don't use a flash we can take all the photos we want!!! Oh and she said she'd also get us the set lists that are used on stage! Woo Hoo!

And now for the concert review... The concert was great, but I can not say I'm a "die hard-I gotta go buy everything I can find" fan. The venue was not completely sold out but close. We ended up having crappy seats for the beginning of the show, but they were FREE so we didn't care. We met with the record rep and she could not get us into all 3 groups for the "pods" but that was fine, she put us in the last which meant we only had to spend the first 3 songs in the nosebleeds and the rest of the concert was spent either on the floor or on stage! We were in the last group to go, which was the longest and best group to be in. We were on the Richie Sambora side and he made us very welcome. In fact two of the girls that won the radio staion contest were able to "cop a feel" on his backside, he didn't seem to mind either! Not me, he was too sweaty...:crazy2: A friend of my Sis's also was with us and at Friday's show she was in the "pod" and when Jon stroked her arm she wet herself! :rotfl: :scared: Then on Sat. night when he came over to her she kissed his hand...he in turn took her face in both of his hand and kissed her smack dab on the mouth!:earseek: :faint: I thought we'd have to carry her off the stage. All in all it was a good show. Camera's were welcome as long as we didn't use a flash and I took over 250! Here are 2, enjoy!

The opening band is whichever local band wins some radio contest. They're doing that for the this whole leg of the tour.

Seeing them Novemver 26, Decemmber 9 and 10.

We're going the night before you...how fun!!!

Saw them - Friday, November 4th at the United Center - warm up band is local - whoever wins the contest. 16,000 fans - 15,000 women. Good show - enormous video screens. Scalped my tickets back in 86 on the slipper when wet tour - however, wife wanted to go - we had a great time. 4 acoustic song in middle a little rough but good otherwise - if you don't have the new album, get it - alot off the new album.
