I don't know if it's because I'm getting older, or perhaps I've got unknown medical issues, or maybe they're making is stonger, but

the pressure on the plane is killing me! :headache: :scared:

Oddly, I have no problems with my ears. No "popping" or anything.

Nor do I get "pressure" headaches.

But, my legs and feet feel like they're swelling up to twice their size. It ranges from very uncomfortable to moderately painful. I have to remove my shoes it gets so bad!

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to lessen the pressure? Perhaps some sort of medication or something?

NOT normal and if I were you I would go to my doctor so they can check for blood clots which is a life threatening condition!

I agree. I work in the medical field and I have never heard that cabin pressure on a plane causes leg swelling.

Sitting for prolonged periods can cause swelling in the legs, but usually only for those who are pregnant or have a medical condition.

Please consult your doctor ASAP about this. :goodvibes
