Oh The Dilema... Pre-order 2 of new carts or wait?

I have been looking at all the sites to pre-order the new carts and decided that Custom Crops would be the best place to pre-order. I have ordered from them before and I got my pre-order rather quickly. I thought about Scrapbookpal.com with the free shipping, but with Custom Crops the new ones are $39.99 and with the shipping fee I would save $2.00.

Here is the dilema... should I just wait. Within the past month I have gotten Stand and Salute ($25 with free shipping) and LAB ($30 free shipping) off of ebay. I know these have been out for a little bit. I would like to get in on the contest they are offering with the ones coming out in Sept and will end in Oct. If I wait for ebay deals I probably would miss out. I know if M's or ACM gets the new one's as quickly as S&S, SS, and Julibee came out I would not get them for as good as price.

I am on the fence so I thought I would do a little poll and see what the majority says.

I guess one of the questions is - are the ones from Cutom crops part of the contest- when I was at CHA I couldn't tell- I would email them and ask if that would make a difference in your decision.

Thanks for letting me know that. It is not a big part, but I would like a chance to win a golden cricut. Plus I always play in contest when I can, but still never have one.

This is true for me if I get them off ebay. Yesterday I got LAB for$30 free shipping. Last month I got S&S for $25 free shipping. Both of those are cheaper than what you can find at M's and ACM and cheaper than online stores. I would like ACY, but that is still
Pricey. I have been trying all week at the stores to fing and price match Joanns ad. Trying one more time today.

I *want* to pre-order, but I think I'll wait. I found A Child's Year at ACM, and price matched for $40, but if I can get the new ones on eBay for $25/$30, I'll do that.

I keep having to stop myself from pre-ordering a Gypsy! I want one! NOW!

Do you have a project that you would use them for in the next, say, 3 months?

Will you have to sacrifice a different purchase to get the 2 carts?

Good point BAMB! Of cours I really dont need it(in reality). When I found S&S for $25 I went and got it and now I going to use one of the images for my next swap.

I dont think I will find it cheaper in the stores, but most likely on ebay several weeks or months later I can get it for $30 or under. I have been trying to talk myself out of it. So far no preorder

Wow that is the best deal I know of online. Now my temptation is now risen again. What is a girl to do. EDpp probably will be very popular and with visits to the store trying to find it at that kind of price plus my state just raised our sales tax and ebay it would be a while before I could find it for that or cheaper (still trying to find ACY) I should just go for it.

Of course I need to factor in DH and his back surgery, which means a minium of no work for 1 month I should wait to see what the future holds. Its been a tough year.

I CAVED!!! Thanks MM2. I went and pre-ordered. With the lower price and free shipping it was a good deal. I figured I will save on gas and time trying to hit ACM or M's whenever they do get them in and at that price. Plus I wont have to pay tax. I know they never have them lower then $39.99, except with M's on Black Friday. Plus my b-day is coming up in October, so between my mom and DH who always ask what I would like I can let them know.

ACY is at the top of my list and SB, but those I will try one day to get on ebay or M's(black friday) for a good deal. We will wait and see.

I ordered paper dolls. I have used the first one for a lot of my disney swaps. Get this I am the worlds worst cook. I can't stand trying to figure out what to cook next, but I go and ordred In My Kitchen. Now that is a hoot. I saw a lot of images I could use.
